We're getting married!

We first met as teenagers, aged 16 and 17, at a school organised nightclub (no laws broken here, we promise!), and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Not long after, we both headed to the University of Surrey – fate, you might say, as it was ranked highly for both of our chosen courses. Once our degrees were complete, life took us to Cardiff for Ali’s job, a city we both quickly fell in love with. In 2023, we bought our first home in Bristol, and in 2024 our family grew with the arrival of Mabel, our much loved four legged child. Shortly after adopting Mabel, Ali proposed while we were holidaying in Sicily. It later emerged that Ali had been carrying the ring for nearly a year, waiting for the perfect moment – which finally came overlooking the bay in Taormina. Over the past 10 years, we’ve changed and grown, always side by side. We’ve made countless memories: travelling to 11 countries, hiking, camping, turning our hands to DIY, running a half marathon, and so much more. We can’t wait to begin this next chapter, surrounded by all of you who have shared in our journey so far.
