How To RSVP ?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out any additional information. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than the 1st of March, 2025. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What Time Should I Arrive ?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 3:30pm, we recommend that guests arrive at least 30 mins before the offical ceremony start time, so you can get settled, enjoy refreshments and music before the proceedings x

Where Can I Park Upon Arrive ?

Answer

There are two car parks either side of the Olive Grove, there is also free street parking, please be mindful that this is a main road and can get busy at times. For more information, please visit the " travel " tab on our website x

Is There A Dress Code For Our wedding ?

We encourage guests to wear semi formal / cocktail attire.

Where Can I Find Accomodation Options ?

Answer

We have reserved a number of rooms at The Quarters Boutique Motel Forresters Beach. This is in the same facility as The Olive Grove. The reserved rooms have been matched to your family needs, but please ring at your earliest convenience to book and add any additional information to your booking. If you do not wish to stay at The Quarters, please let Bryonie know, as the reservation will need to be cancelled. There is no pressure to stay, these rooms were only reserved for just incase x For more information on the Accommodation at The Quarters Boutique Motel Forresters Beach, please visit the " Accommodation" tab on our website. There are many different accommodation options around the Entrance, Terrigal, Forresters beach areas.

Is This An Indoor or Outdoor Event ?

Ceremony is outdoors and the reception is located indoors.

Are Kids Welcome ?

Answer

As much as we love little ones! Our venue is not as secure for the little ones as we would like it to be, we do not wish for you to stress on the day. We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults event with an exception for immediate family and bridal party. We would love to see you have a night off and enjoy some you time x
