This is our preferred hotel however you are free to stay where you wish!

Any other places you recommend besides the W?

Los Veneros Condos - This is the only alternative option that is still within the W property (Great for large groups - 2 min walk to the W) Hotel Meson de Mita (15 min from the W) Grand Palladium Puerto Vallarta (10 min from the W) Xiobella Luxury Hotel Boutique (16 min from the W) - on a long dirt road but has stunning ocean views ONDA Surf Hotel (20 mins to the W) in downtown punta mita, very safe area and walking distance to great shops and restaurants

What is the weather like?
Answer
Typically warm, humid, with a cool breeze. Temperatures vary between the low 70's up to the low 80's. Pack airy, light, and breathable clothing.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is summer cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place on the sand and the reception will be on grass, we recommend block heels for the ladies!

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids but this is an adult only wedding, thank you for understanding!

Will there be a shuttle to the Welcome party and to the Recovery event?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles for guests picking up and returning guests to the W lobby. There will be no shuttles for the Wedding day as all events will take place at the W hotel. Please see more details under the transportation section.

Is there a deadline to book our hotel room at the W?
Answer
Yes, March 3rd is the last day to book.

Do I need a covid test for mexico?
Answer
No, covid tests are no longer required.

What if I am not staying at the W?
Answer
If you decide to stay off the property please let us know where you decide to stay, the W hotel will need to add you to the guest list. You also will still need to travel to the W to get to the Welcome party. Our Welcome party is on private property and will only be allowing guests in from our coordinated shuttles from the W hotel. So please plan accordingly. Thank you!
