We kindly request that all guests meet in the lobby of the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte, Autograph Collection, at 3:50 p.m. Transportation will depart promptly at 4:00 p.m. Following the ceremony, all guests will be transported back to the hotel, where our cocktail hour and reception will take place.

The ceremony will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be hosted under a large tent that provides ample shade. As temperatures in Charlotte in late September can still be warm, guests are encouraged to plan their attire accordingly.
No. As the ceremony will take place in a Catholic chapel, and in order to maintain a reverent and undisturbed atmosphere, we kindly ask that all guests silence and put away their phones for the duration of the ceremony. We also respectfully request that guests refrain from taking photographs during the ceremony.
