Yes! Although the cocktail hour and after's drinks are on us, we will only have limited wine and alcoholic punch for the reception dinner. Drinks through the venue 'host' bar run at about $11 dollars-we recommend taking out cash beforehand! This bar will open at 5:30 on Saturday after the cocktail hour and remain available until 10:30- offering a full range of beer, wine, and spirits!

The number of spaces in your party will be specified in your save the date so that there isn't any ambiguity about who is included. Although we would love to welcome everyone's partners for the time being we are holding space for friends and family.
The venue and some themes of our celebration will have elements which are better suited to adults, in respect of our wishes would appreciate your support in making this a child-free ceremony and reception. We understand the inconvenience and hope that folks are able to use this as a small break to appreciate the serenity of the day.

There are very few accommodations available on Pender Island, and we recommend leaving nothing up to chance! Poets Cove requires a two night stay, so please come with a plan, whether you want to: -Book into Poets Cove Resort -Find additional accommodations on the island -Leave after the ceremony or reception ~Note to please keep up to date with ferry sailings if the above option is preferred to avoid getting stuck!
