What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

June 13th, 2026, 5 pm sharp, Estes Park, Colorado. The Bristlecone Inn 215 Virginia Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517

Where's the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will take place at the Bristlecone Inn in Estes Park. Ceremony will be outdoor in the yard weather permitting, dinner will take place in the indoor dining room, and the lawn will be full of games and dancing!

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony starts at 5:00 sharp, please be seated and ready in the yard of the venue at 5:00.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting our guests dress in their best cocktail attire. Think suits or dress shirts and slacks for guys, and cocktail dresses or nice jumpsuits for ladies. Just dress up a bit and have fun with it, but don't stress too much! (Just please no jeans...)

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue itself and street parking nearby. That being said the venue is on a hill and parking is limited so please plan to carpool with the fam and maybe plan some extra travel time when heading to the venue!

Will there be food or drinks available?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a mexican food buffet, snacks, and an open bar serving beer, wine, and non alcoholic drink options

Can I bring kids or a plus one?

Answer

We are welcoming kids and significant others! That being said, if we have included a slot for your children or plus ones, they were listed on your invitation. You can also see all invited guests for your group or family when you RSVP on our site!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Yes! See our registry tab on this site, pick us up something you think we might like, toss us some cash or some well wishes day of, or just bless us with your presence!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We chose not to reserve a block of rooms, but we have looked at accommodations near the venue and have included several great options on our travel page of this site!

Is there an afterparty or next-day event?

Answer

Hell yes! anyone and everyone is welcome to join us at our airbnb after the reception for a campfire, smores, more talking, music, dancing, you name it!

Is there a phone/camera policy (e.g., unplugged ceremony)?

Answer

We know you all have a camera in your pocket and we're putting you to work! We would love for you to take all the pics throughout the night of us and everyone else and share them with us! We will include instructions on how to share them with us day of.

5:00 ceremony 5:30 cocktail hour 6:30 dinner 7:30 pour toasts 7:55 cake cutting 8:00 dancing! 8:15 dessert 8:45 last call at the bar 9:00 bar closes 9:30 farewell

Please use the rsvp section of our site and rsvp by April 13th! If you have questions or issues, just reach out to us! Even if you are unable to attend, please let us know!

We will be offering a Mexican food buffet with veggie and gluten free options so you have the freedom to grab what you want for dinner!
