We will only be able to accommodate those listed when you search your name in the RSVP tab.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Cocktail Attire: Cocktail Dresses, Gowns, Dressy Jumpsuits, Button Down Shirts, Slacks, Suits

Will we be outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors, weather permitting. Please bring sweaters / jackets as it may be cool in the evening. But we are hoping for some beautiful late summer weather!

What time will the ceremony start? What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please plan to be in seats by 3:50 pm. Guests may start arriving as soon as 3:30 pm.

How late will the reception go?

Answer

The reception will end promptly at 9:30pm. Last call will be at 9:00pm. Brynn and Karl plan to go out in downtown Spokane with friends and family after this for some late night fun. All are welcome to join! Transportation will not be provided, but cabs and rideshares are available.

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Beacon Hill Events, located at 4848 E Valley Springs Rd, Spokane, WA 99217.

Is transportation available to / from the wedding venue?

Answer

Rideshares and cabs are available in the area. Personal cars may be left in the parking lot overnight. The wedding venue is located ~ 15 minutes north of downtown Spokane.

What does parking look like at the venue?

Answer

There is ample, free parking available at the venue. Cars may be left in the lot overnight.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres will be available during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet meal with selections of meat and fish. Multiple gluten free options will be available. Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a selection of cocktails, beer and wine available.

Will the wedding be child-friendly?

Answer

Yes, but childcare will not be available. Please include in your RSVP if we should accommodate for any children's meals. Please be aware that we will be playing uncensored music on the dance floor after 8:30pm!

Are there room blocks reserved at any hotels?

Answer

We have not arranged for any room blocks. Please visit the Travel / Stay page of our website to view nearby and well-rated hotel options.
