Maid of Honor
Alyshia, Brynn’s older sister, has always been someone she’s looked up to. From a young age, Brynn felt so lucky to be included in Alyshia’s world and inner circle. Their bond has only grown stronger over the years—built on shared humor, endless singing of made up songs, and their signature dance moves (though to be fair, Alyshia actually knows how to dance professionally). Together, they never hesitate to put on a full performance. It is quite possible Brynn has Alyshia to thank for her musical side… Alyshia’s incredible sense of style makes her the perfect thrifting partner too. She is always down for a afternoon wander with a chai latte in one hand and a pair of funky new sunglasses in the other. There are countless memories, inside jokes, and time spent together over the years. Brynn is forever grateful to have Alyshia as a sister, and as a forever best friend.
Bridesmaid
Erika is Brynn’s oldest sister and one of the funniest, most down-to-earth people you will meet. She is always finding a way to make everyone around her laugh without even trying. Erika is also a nurse and someone Brynn can turn to in a way that not many people understand. After a long shift, Brynn finds herself calling her sister to vent about her day, or share insane things that occurred—the type of thing you have to see it to believe it. There’s a comfort in that kind of connection. Erika has always been someone who lifts Brynn up and reminds her exactly who she is. Hands down, she gives some of the best hugs and has an incredible creativity in everything she touches. She’s also an amazing mom to Brynn’s nephews, Oliver and Max, and it’s been so special to watch her in that role.
Bridesmaid
Brynn has known Eve for basically her entire life. Growing up together in Canada, they went to French school and spent what felt like every waking moment together. If they weren’t at school, they were probably in the pool, playing duets on the piano, fighting over who actually won in a card game, or packing for the next camping trip. Many of Brynn’s favorite childhood memories have Eve right there in them. Through all of it, Eve has stayed exactly who she is: effortlessly funny, loyal, and sassy. Brynn feels so lucky to have grown up with Eve and to call her one of her closest friends.
Bridesmaid
Sheyenne was the very first friend Brynn made when she moved to the U.S. As neighbors, they spent endless hours together, the kind of friendship that felt effortless and constant. Sheyenne introduced Brynn to country living in the most unforgettable ways—like sleepovers in the treehouse that always ended with the two of them sneaking back inside (Brynn could not get behind the idea of black bears just yet). They built their own ice skating rink out in the meadow, and Brynn’s parents knew she was truly settling into New Hampshire life when they saw the two girls walking side by side, skates slung over their shoulders, off on another adventure. Their friendship didn’t just stay between them, it brought their families together too. Over the years, their families have been there for every big milestone and all the little moments in between.
Bridesmaid
Rachelle and Brynn have been besties since the 6th grade. Rachelle was by Brynn’s side throughout the One Direction obsession, the questionable fashion choices, and all the getting-ready’s for middle school dances. Rachelle has become so much more than a friend—she’s truly like a sister to Brynn. She’s in the family group chats, wakes up with her own stocking on Christmas morning, and always has a seat at Thanksgiving. She has one of the best senses of humor, with unmatched sarcasm and quick wit. She’s a lover of books and languages, and her independence and passion for travel constantly inspire Brynn.
Bridesmaid
Brynn met Brenna during college orientation, and she knew instantly they were going to be best friends. The moment that sealed it was when Brynn spotted a sea turtle bracelet on Brenna’s arm — a clear sign they shared the same love for the ocean. Throughout college, Brynn and Brenna always lived near each other, constantly taking turns deciding whose place they were going to that night and when their next salt-and-vinegar-chip and movie night would be. Although, to be fair, they never did pick very good movies. Brenna quickly became Brynn’s comfort away from home. Despite being in different majors, Brenna was always right there supporting Brynn through many challenging nursing exams and long clinical days. There truly aren’t many people like Brenna. She’s a free spirit with a beautiful heart, and the kind of friend who makes life lighter, brighter, and a lot more fun!
Bridesmaid
Sita was Brynn’s nursing preceptor when Brynn was a new grad. From the very beginning, Sita had a way of making everything feel less overwhelming. She is one of the kindest people Brynn has ever met, the type of person who instantly puts everyone at ease and somehow makes even the most stressful moments feel manageable. Sita has welcomed Brynn into her life like family. Brynn is always welcome to come over, even after a long 12hr shift, with a place to sleep and food ready for her. She’s lucky enough to have sleepovers at Sita’s house a couple nights a month and is often included in family gatherings and Nepali traditions. Brynn has had the honor of watching Sita’s incredible journey in becoming a mother to her beautiful daughter, Myra.
Best Man
The groom's older brother. Not only did he make all the mistakes first to show Gabe what not to do (although Gabe usually did it anyways), Evan has been Gabe's biggest influence growing up. He introduced Gabe to skiing, Tae-Kwon Do, video games, music, all his nerdy interests, and is quite literally the reason Gabe is left handed. Gabe is now able to watch a whole new part of Evan's life since he's become a dad to a daughter who may be even busier than he was as a kid. This similarity relieves Gabe, as he has always been the better behaved and more well mannered of the two. Evan will be the first person to make fun of Gabe, and the first person to have his back, which is all anyone could ask for in a brother.
Groomsman
Gabe has known Cam, Brynn's older brother, for longer than Gabe has known Brynn. Being in the same grade in high school, Cam and Gabe shared some classes and friends since 2012 but especially got to know each other their senior year when they would play cards during a free period. When Cam wasn't complaining about Gabe cheating at cards (which was valid), he would talk about his sister, usually how she took too long getting ready in the morning and made him late to school. It was much to Gabe's surprise when he learned this annoying sister is the same person he had become so infatuated with. Gabe appreciates Cam's loyalty to his family and friends, and his duty as a brother to call out Brynn on her (rare) times of ridiculousness, so Gabe doesn't have to. Cam and Gabe still enjoy a good competitive board or card game as opponents, as well as bar trivia as teammates.
Groomsman
Tyler is Brynn's brother in law and has been in her life since she was 7. Gabe is excited to gain him as a brother in law too, appreciating how he seems to always maintain a light joking manner, can find anything to drum on, can talk about beer for as long as Gabe can drink it, and dives into his hobbies. Gabe hopes to one day keep up with Tyler running, but it's more of a fool's dream than a hope. Tyler is a wonderful resource for all sorts of embarrassing stories of Brynn growing up, but has also been another cool older brother figure to help guide her. If you've ever found yourself thinking Brynn seems mature for her age, it might just be Tyler to blame!
Groomsman
Cayden and Gabe met in the first week of college and have been acting 15 years old ever since. Cayden can make Gabe laugh easier than anyone else can, and if one has an idea of something stupid to do, the other one is already planning it out. Whether it's throwing a frisbee around instead of doing work, throwing things at each other in adjacent shower stalls, throwing chicken tenders at people out of windows, or throwing themselves off of furniture, Gabe is just now realizing a lot of their time together is spent throwing things. When Gabe is around Cayden, there's no thought of mortgages or work emails or house chores, it's just about how to have fun (unless the Flyers/Eagles are playing the Bruins/Patriots, in which case they need to sit out of reach from each other).
Groomsman
Gabe and Bryan were freshman year roommates in college and spent the next four years living together. Although randomly paired up, Gabe and Bryan quickly realized they were shockingly similar, down to owning the exact same clothes from the same stores. Bryan has been Gabe's go-to for when he needs to not feel crazy in this world. When they first met day one of college, they were both too scared to go out of their dorm room and meet people, deciding instead to play video games together until 3am. Ten years later nothing has changed. Gabe has learned through Bryan to just be himself and own it, an invaluable life lesson that some people around Gabe wish he hadn't learned quite so well.
Groomsman
Gabe and Sam met in the first week of college, and were both relieved to know there was another person from New Hampshire in this scary place outside of New England. Gabe immediately appreciated Sam's sarcasm and cynicism, which could rival even his own. Sam and Gabe will sit back and look at the world, shaking their heads and chuckling ironically. Sam is the mom of the college friend group, but is the really fun, slightly unhinged mom we need. These days Sam mostly cooks, searches for new smart-people shows and podcasts, yells at cars not following traffic rules, and takes apart his own cars and bikes every couple of months. Gabe enjoys participating in, or at least benefiting from, all of the above.
Groomsman
Jon and Gabe first met in their college freshman orientation group, and was the first friend Gabe made in college aside from his roommate. Jon was Gabe's lifeline to anything social in college, introducing him to friend groups and attempting to get Gabe involved in various sports and academic clubs, organizations, and fraternities, with varying degrees of failure. Although he's one of the smartest people Gabe knows, Jon was never hesitant to get involved with, or lead, the silly antics of the college friend group. The perfect example of this is when Jon got scholarship money to use on something music related due to his musical talent, and then helped map the most annoying sounds possible to his new keyboard and blast the homemade songs out to the rest of the dorm building.
