Meet our nearest and dearest who will be walking us down the aisle.

James Bertrand

Officiant

James and I met the first week of college and instantly hit it off. The amount of dumb inside jokes and catchphrases we share over our numerous blunders and mishaps could fill up a novel. Not only is he the best Rocket League doubles partner - he is someone who deeply cares about his relationships. He is a person that rarely puts himself first and is always tries to be an antidote for his friends' troubles and problems. He is smart, kind, funny and a ray of sunshine. - Brendan Jamesy, the first time I met you was in the Curb Cafe, when you were uncertain if I really did exist (spoiler, I do). Though the first 10 minutes were awkward, our table soon became incoherent with laughter--a precedent for the future of our friendship. James, you are one of the most diligent people I've ever met, and you always strive to do the right thing. Though life has not always dealt you the easiest outcome, your spirit and kindness has never waivered. I value the friendship that we've built over the past 9 years, and am so grateful for the support, and advice you've given me. Whether it's been a shoulder to cry on, a couch to sleep on, or allowing me to raid your pantry, you've always been generous. We are so proud of the person you are, and are so grateful to have you as our friend and our officiant. We can't imagine anyone better for the job. We love you!-Brynna

Raquelle Blackwood

Bridesmaid

Raquelle, you were my first "real adult" friendship. After meeting at Belmont's orientation, and living together during our last year in college, we really rubbed off on each other. You have challenged me in ways that have molded me into a more open-minded and progressive individual. Our conversations always motivates me to delve deeper and really consider my own, as well as others' feelings. Your self-drive and the dedication to prioritize loving yourself is amazing and inspires me to do the same. I'm really grateful to have you as a friend and to know you as a person. I love you!

Brian Camp

Bridesman

Brian, though we met towards the end of college, I feel like I've known you forever! Though not always the most talkative, you provide continuous support by offering your time, and by listening (to me babble on and on). Whether we are going out on the town, or just sitting around watching anime, we always have a great time learning more about each other's hobbies and aspirations. You're one of the hardest and most dedicated workers I know, and your influence motivates me to push myself harder. I love you and appreciate you so much!

Alanna Cox

Bridesmaid

Alanna, as one of my oldest friends we have watched each other grow up. Your influence has and continues to guide me in a direction I'm proud of. Your poise and pride of being a woman inspires me, and your work ethic and dedication to your relationships is something I strive for. Though not all childhood friendships last, ours has survived distance and consistent changes and seasons of life. I love you, and am so honored to have you in my wedding.

Noah Cummins

Groomsman

Noah and I met our freshman year of college and we instantly bonded over our love of weird music. We have successfully dragged both of our fiancees to some of the most online artist concerts you can imagine as well as Tommy Wiseau's "The Room" every year for half a decade. Over the years, we have expertly crafted a 4th grade level of humor (on the best days) and continue to crack the dumbest jokes that would make anybody in the vicinity eye-roll.

Hailey Daugherty

Bridesmaid

Hailey, as another of my oldest friends I'm so glad you're still in my life and have been willing to share your family with Brendan and I. I love how I can always come to you and get an honest, yet funny, response. You're one of the funniest people I've ever met, and though things haven't been easy for you I've always admired your perseverance and ability to laugh through the tough stuff. I'm so glad that our friendship has continued to outlast our time in middle and high school, and am so honored to have you in my wedding. I love you!

David Fox

Groomsman

David and I met when I was a little boy but our friendship didn't fully kick into gear until the summer of 2015 during an internship program in NYC. We instantly became close friends and have been staying in touch ever since. We would hang out in his basement all the time whenever I would come home from college. He is really passionate about his interests and he truly cares about everyone.

Ryan Holzberger

Groomsman

Ryan and I were childhood friends back in Kindergarten. He somehow remembers every cringe, minute, embarrassing detail of 4 year old Brendan - and there are a lot of those. We reconnected in David's basement back in college and it was just as instant as it was when we were toddlers. Ryan is a bubbly, social butterfly that can brighten up anybody's day. He has a fallout shelter worth of energy and is always down for an adventure.

Chris McManus

Groomsman

If the last name didn't give it away, Chris is my older brother. I've known him as long as anybody else in my life. We share a lot of childhood memories whether it would be playing in our backyard in the summer to playing video games inside on the PS2 or N64. He has a super strong work ethic and is very reliable and accountable person. He always looked out for me and puts 100% of effort in anything he does.

Gretchen Sandahl

Bridesmaid

Gretchen, you are one of the most patient and understanding people I've ever met, and the joy that you bring to every room with your presence and laughter is unmatched. Though we haven't been friends as long as others, I feel like we have known each other for a lifetime. Your friendship has grounded me during some of the most difficult times of my life, and you've always supported me and genuinely cared how I'm doing. You are so welcoming and generous with your time, and always willing to provide an unjudging ear to listen to whatever problem I have. I'm so grateful to know you, and am so happy that you're a part of me and Brendan's special day. I love you!

Zach Sheinfeld

Groomsman

Zach and I met in college during my last semester where we successfully memed through a group project. We became incredibly close after school to the point where I even smuggled into his friend group and even a coveted fantasy league (they still like me though). Zach is constantly doing things around town, he always has something going on. He is truly a reliable, courteous friend that likes to have fun and active experiences.
