House Or Rental
We have reserved Camp Caribou in hopes that all of you will want to stay on the property with us for some good times! For those of you who will be staying at camp it will be $100 for the weekend and all meals will be provided. Please Venmo either Bryn or Sam. Camp Caribou will be available to us 12pm Friday. We would love for people to show up early and have a day with us there. If this interests you we recommend staying either in Portland or Waterville Thursday night so you can get there easily. Sam and Bryn will assign cabins for all the people that wish to stay on the property. Most cabins have lights, 2 toilets, and 2 showers. There are some cabins that will use a community bathroom/shower house. You will be sleeping in a single bed. THERE ARE NO LINENS PROVIDED AT THE CAMP! For those of you traveling far and can not pack linens with you. Linens can be provided for $33 for the weekend. ie fitted sheets, blanket, pillow, towel, hand towel. Please RSVP if you will be needing these so we can plan accordingly. We will be assigning everyone to a bunkhouse. We will be placing you with people you know, or people you will be comfortable with and get along with! The bunkhouses will not be filled to capacity so there will a little extra space to spread out. PARKING - Cars will be parked at the front of the camp a little bit of a walk from the cabins, but the camp does have a golf cart if you need assistance in getting your belongings to your bunkhouse.
Flight
Portland Airport will be the easiest place to fly in and out of. It is the closest airport to the venue, just over an hour drive.
Hotel
The Lockwood is the closest hotel to camp. but also most exprensive Roughly a 16 minute drive from Camp Caribou. Best Western Plus and Fireside Inn are also great at a more reasonable cost and have about the same driving time to the camp. There will be a shuttle. Pick up TBD There are multiple hotel options in Waterville Maine.
