Foothills Hiking

There are MANY trails in the foothills and around the Sandia mountains. This is the start of the trail where RJ proposed. To see the site of their first date, check out the Piedra Lisa Canyon Loop trail.

Take a short drive north from Albuquerque to explore the unique tent rocks! It's a great stop on the way to Santa Fe, if you want to explore further.

Learn about the history of hot air balloons and the International Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. The museum is located right next to the wedding venue!
The tram offers great views Albuquerque all the way up! At the top, you can do some hiking and explore or enjoy a nice dinner at the new restaurant Ten3.
