Can I bring additional guests/children?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. We are also limiting this event to adults only. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. The event will take place primarily outdoors, so please plan attire (especially footwear) appropriately.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking space available in the grass along the edge of the property.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be shuttle services provided to and from the Hampton Inn in Bennington. Shuttle headcount will be collected via your RSVP. There will also be cab services available through Happy Cab and Walt’s Taxi.

Can we camp on the property?

Answer

Yes! For our outdoorsy family and friends, please feel free to opt for tent camping on the Race property.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Official invitations will be sent out in early 2025. All dietary restrictions/allergies and shuttle usage can be communicated via your RSVP, which are due by May 1st.
