The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to get settled.
Garden formal attire is requested. Guests are kindly encouraged to wear soft, elegant tones suited for an outdoor spring celebration. Please note the ceremony will take place on turf/grass, so for your comfort, we recommend wedges, block heels, or flats. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans and dark colors.
Yes! We have reserved rooms for all our guests at the Springhill Suites by Marriot Denton, conveniently 20 minutes away from the venue. Please see the travel tab on our website for further details of our hotel block and booking information.
We adore your little ones! However, to keep our celebration intimate, we will only be able to accommodate the children who are part of the wedding ceremony.
We kindly request that guests do not have phones out during the event. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
Yes, there will be parking available at The Hillside Estate for all guests. Please keep in mind when making transportation plans, if you choose to drive yourself to the venue, all vehicles have to be removed from the premises by 11pm. All remaining vehicles after this time will be towed.
Our ceremony will move indoors to the inside ceremony space provided by The Hillside Estate.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Any outside food, drinks or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Our venue is a tobacco-free and smoke-free environment. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the premises. Failure to follow this policy will result in a fine from the venue.
