Please RSVP by: September 13, 2025 If you do not RSVP, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP'S.
Please arrive at 4:30 PM and be seated at the ceremony by 4:45 PM. Our ceremony to forever will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
Yes, parking is available at the venue. Upon arrival to the property, you will be directed by the staff to the guest parking lot and take the shuttle up the hill to the ceremony location. Additionally, ride share does service the venue. If you choose to rideshare, the staff will meet you at the guest parking lot drop off and the shuttle will transport you up the hill.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only celebration. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Wear shoes suited for grass and bring a layer in case the fall evening gets chilly.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Our venue is located in Franklin, TN. We have a hotel block available to our guest at The Residence Inn Franklin Berry Farms (Visit our accommodations page for more information) Please feel free to stay where you are comfortable. We ask that you keep in mind the distance from the hotel to the venue when you are booking.
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
