This is where Gavin and I live. There are lots of Family Fun things to do locally as well as many yummy places to eat. I've added some of our favorites below!
This was my first job when I was 16. It's also the place that we go to every Thursday! There's bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and a restaurant.
This is an outdoor shopping center. If you get the chance to go here, visit Buff City Soap. It is my very favorite store!
This is where we got engaged! It is a trail connection that takes you all throughout Murfreesboro.
This is Gavin and I's favorite place to eat! There is also one in Franklin. We've ordered just about everything on the menu and have yet to find something we don't like. I recommend the Margherita Pizza and Gavin's favorite is the Bistro Burger with the Chicken Tenders being a close second!
If you like Thai food, this is the place to get it! We eat here about once a week and crave it every day we don't. The Pad Se Ew is absolutely delicious!
This is our go to BBQ spot! The loaded BBQ potatoes are bigger than your face and so yummy!
There are many different historical tours and shopping centers in Franklin, but the town of Franklin is a beautiful place to visit. It is my mom Angie, and my Aunt Julie's favorite place to be when they come to Tennessee. I have added some things to do and places to eat in Franklin below.
Downtown Franklin is such a cute area! There's plenty of food choices, little shops, a fudge store, and sometimes live music!
This is a historical home that was the Confederate Army's Headquarters in the Civil War. It was the main point of contact during the Battle of Franklin in 1864. They offer tours which I have done and highly recommend!
This is a large shopping mall with many name brand stores as well as southern boutiques.
This is in the Franklin Square and is the yummiest pizza ever!
This place is delicious! You must try to Bonuts!
This is a breakfast place where me and my girls always go to if there's one around. So far, we've been to this one in Franklin, Orange Beach, and Charleston. The breakfast potatoes are my favorite!
Nashville isn't only about bars and drinking. There are many places like the Grand Ole Opry, The Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, and The Belle Meade Plantation Home Tour. You can also go listen to lots of live country music and eat at the many restaurant options.
If you love country music, this is such a neat place to go! It is a must see if you're visiting Nashville.
The tour of the Belle Meade Plantation home is one of my favorite things I've ever done in Nashville. The grounds are gorgeous and the stories that are shared during the tour are unforgettable. If you love history, this is where you need to go!
You don't have to drink to visit Broadway! This is the home for country music. Every building has live music of every type of Country you could imagine. There are also many shops including boot shops and souvenir stores!
Eat at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville in Nashville! The food is so so yummy and the atmosphere is so fun!
The Rainforest Cafe in the Opry Mills Mall is so much fun, especially for the family. The food is yummy but the restaurant is unlike anything else!
This is also another fun dining experience! Sit in an aquarium and dine while all types of aquatic life swim around you!
