What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is encouraged. Polish your cowboy boots, starch your jeans, and pick out your favorite pearl snap. Pair it with a jacket and/or a cowboy hat if you would like! Ladies, please avoid shades of brown and green for dresses!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:45 and 4 pm.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little cowboys and cowgirls! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only, with the exception of our ring bearers. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

With hopes of good weather, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour, as well as the reception, will be held inside with options to go outside.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (NO phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Will there be a Bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangovers on you! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. There will be plenty of non alcoholic beverages offered as well!

Our venue has a spacious parking lot with plenty of parking free of charge!

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from Heritage Hills Resort to and from the venue. The link to our room block can be found on the travel page. Information about shuttle timing will be updated as the date gets closer!
