What is the dress code?

Answer

Wedding Casual - Dress nice, but comfortably! Although there are fireplaces and some indoor space, it may get cool outside. A warm jacket/layer is recommended!

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, Discoveryland Ranch in Sand Springs, OK. It is wheelchair accessible, and there will be plenty of parking. - Venue Address: 19501 W 41st St. Sand Springs, OK 74063

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors and outdoors. There are many large outdoor fireplaces for warmth, but guests are encouraged to bring a blanket in case it’s chilly.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly ask that only the names specified on the invitations come to the wedding.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Children are welcome as long as the parents are okay with keeping an eye on them. The venue has a pond, multiple fireplaces/fire-pits, and stairs. With that being said, the venue is outdoors in the open, where you can watch your kids from a distance.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. Beer, soda, and water will be provided.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts at 5:30pm, please give yourself 15-20 minutes to be seated. The gates to the property will open at 4:45pm if you would like to arrive early.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:15pm. The reception is the after-party.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

It is extremely important to the couple that no phones are in use during the ceremony. They have booked a lovely photographer for their wedding day. However, once the ceremony ends, photos and videos are encouraged!

Answer

Guests may share their own experiences at the wedding reception. Please be respectful of the fact that there may be other people in those photos who may not want to be shared on social media.
