Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on site

Question

Do I have to mail a RSVP card if I RSVP online?

Answer

Nope! If you respond via this website there is no need to send back a RSVP card. We would prefer a response via the website to avoid any mail issues or delays, but whichever method works best for you is fine with us!

Question

Are our children invited?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone and their little ones, respectfully we request an adult only celebration with only guests addressed on the invitation. Please reach out for any “babes in arms” exceptions so we can make the appropriate accommodations!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both - the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will take place both outdoors and inside the barn at Live Well Farm. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl in case it cools down at night.

Question

What should I expect for weather?

Answer

We wish we could tell you for sure, but historically, the temperature has ranged from 62°F to 75°F on average and is rarely below 55°F or above 83°F.

Question

What does “Garden Party Attire” mean?

Answer

Martha knows best: "A garden party dress code suggests some level of formality, without needing to break out a tux or gown," says Hurwitz. "I'd suggest a knee-length or midi dress, a jumpsuit, or a suit. Think cheerful when it comes to color and don't be afraid to incorporate some florals into your look, like a printed dress or patterned tie or pocket square." This type of dress code should also determine your footwear. "Garden party implies you'll be walking on grass," says Hurwitz. "A block heel or wedge of some sort will keep you from sinking into the ground." https://www.marthastewart.com/7871616/wedding-guest-attire

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out the “Travel and Lodging” section for recommendations

Question

Should I bring cash for the bar?

Answer

We will be providing an open bar with cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks. Cash for tipping bartenders is always appreciated!

Question

There was not a menu option on my invite. Will you be feeding us?

Answer

Of course! Hors d'oeuvres will be served immediately following the ceremony with dinner served directly after. Dinner will be served buffet style with steak and chicken protein options and a number of sides and vegetable dishes. If you have dietary restrictions please indicate them on your RSVP so we can make the appropriate accommodations with our caterer :-)
