3:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and formal evening gowns are welcome, so are suits and midi dresses.

We kindly request that all guests arrive by 3:15pm, as ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. *Please give yourself extra time when arriving to the ceremony as Novant will have their annual marathon in Uptown from 7:30am to 1:30pm and there may be some residual traffic. Self-parking and valet services are available at the hotel. If you choose valet, please allow extra time, as hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. For those using the parking garage, the most convenient entry is on E 6th St. From there, take the elevator labeled "DoubleTree" located on each floor.
