Bride
Bryce: Nicole, there is just something so funny about you that I love. You are the light of my life, my soulmate, my better half, my best friend, my everything. From the second I first met you, I couldn't take my eyes off of you. Even when you knew I would be leaving for the military in a short few months, you stuck by my side and pushed through. But, look at us now! We've come so far in the time we've been together. I would be lying if I said you weren't everything I've ever dreamed of and more. I am so, so proud of you for what you have accomplished and are accomplishing. Watching you grow as a person throughout our relationship has truly been an amazing sight to see. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you and raise a family with you. I love you so much Nicole Madison Howard, forever and always!
Groom
Nicole: You're everything I needed and more. It's crazy to think that just after a couple months of dating, we knew where we were headed. I honestly thought you were crazy when you told me the third time we hung out that you "only dated to marry," I was like, "What the hell is this guy talking about?" Little did I know, 6 months later, I'd be calling you my husband. I often think about the first time we actually met, you still had long hair and I only knew you as some random guy sitting on a couch drinking a beer. It was like God was giving us a preview and we had no idea then what would become of our relationship. You're my best friend, you always know how to make me laugh and how to boost my spirit when I feel down. You're always ready to make fun of me when I'm anxious, which is usually a valid response. I love you so much, I'm so grateful to live this life with you and I'm so excited to continue to watch you grow in life and in your career. I can't wait to create a family with you, well...make you buy me more cats lol. I'm eternally thankful for everything you do and how deeply you love, I can't wait to spend every night hearing you play the guitar and sing to me. And, although I don't really understand it, I will always be excited to cuddle up next to you while you watch football. I will love you forever and always, in all ways Bryce Leo Howard.
Maid of Honor
Nicole: Alex and I met in our first year of college. We actually put in requests to the school to roommate with other people, my roommate was supposed to be Mia, and her roommate was supposed to be Melanie. Somehow, by the grace of the Indianapolis God's above, we met. Alex has been nothing short of an amazing friend to me and I couldn't imagine a life without her. She is one of the funniest people I know, besides me, but she's also extremely motivated and intelligent. Not only is she beautiful, but she's also extremely kind and cares deeply about those she loves. When choosing a maid of honor, the decision was extremely easy. Alex is reliable, careful, passionate, patient, gentle, and puts up with my shit very well.
Best Man
Bryce: Braxton was always the favorite child. Well, until he was about five years old and then I was born. All jokes aside, Braxton has been the best big brother I could ever ask for and one of my closest friends throughout life. He has always been someone I've looked up to and come to for life advice. When choosing Braxton to be my best man, the decision was easy. I was his best man. No, but in all seriousness, it was an easy decision. He has been there for me my whole life and has watched me grow into the person I am today, without him I would not be here.
Bridesmaid
Nicole: Mia and I met, what feels like a lifetime ago. We've even gone to school together for 15 years! We've experienced Grant Line Elementary together, Scribner Middle School, New Albany High School, the University of Indianapolis, and many dance teams together. It feels like yesterday we were helping each other calm our nerves before competing at Jamfest Nationals and now we're holding each other's hand through adulthood. Being friends with Mia has been a rollercoaster, not in a Stardust Racers kind of way (Luca and Mia will get it), but in a Seven Dwarfs Mine Train way. Sometimes it was scary, but that is what is so beautiful about our friendship. Through many hard decisions, long talks, breakups, and our handful of arguements, we've always been each others rock.
Groomsman
Bryce: Mason and I met back in middle school, then, he was just an acquaintance. Until, we were later reintroduced our junior year of high school. Instantly, something about our opposite personalities clicked. My introvert personality and his extrovert personality led to one of the greatest friendships I have ever had. The amount of memories I have with Mason and our little friend group from high school is something I will cherish forever. He is my best friend and someone I call a brother for life.
Bridesmaid
Nicole: Autumn and I met in middle school, I couldn't tell you how, when, or why but we clicked since day one. Of course life got in the way but luckily, high school brought us back together. She knew I needed her in my life. We've always made jokes about how I wish she was a man because she's always been my soulmate, but, truthfully, I look for a lot of her qualities in the people I surround myself with. Autumn has always been my person, she's always calmed the storms in my life. It's funny to look back on our friendship in high school and remember how we used to talk about our future lives, boy would junior year Nicole and Autumn be shitting themselves, our lives turned out so much better than we ever talked about, we feel perfectly in place, even if it was 946 miles away from each other.
Groomsman
Bryce: Conner and I have been good buddies since about the third grade. We actually met through our dads, they coached both of us in football. Our bond over Notre Dame football as well as being nerds in school led to us having a long lasting friendship. The amount of memories I have hanging out with Conner is something I will cherish forever. Conner is currently a student at Manchester University, where he is a member of the swim team. Pretty cool if you ask me. Conner is the friend you can always count and rely on and he is someone who I consider a brother.
Bridesmaid
Nicole: Where do I even start? Our relationship has been insane, to say the least. One day I was throwing you off king size beds attempting to break your neck, and the next, you're my best friend. I remember at the ripe age of 3, I was PISSED to have a little sister, I had no idea what to expect, especially now. The past year for you has been so exciting, even watching it happen to you has been super fun. I've gotten to watch you buy your first car, get your first job, go on your senior trip, and graduate high school. Soon, you'll be off to college to become a veterinarian, which is way cooler than being a dependent. Not to mention, you'll be 18 soon, not that it'll change much, but you'll be an adult in training. You've grown into such a wonderful young adult and I'm so excited to see where life takes you. Wherever it does, I'm excited to watch and be here when you need me. I know we'll soon be separated by distance but I will always be your big sister, no matter how many dumb decisions I'm sure you'll make or how much you piss me off.
Groomsman
Bryce: Anthony and I have been best friends since kindergarten. Crazy to say but it is true. Since the first day of elementary, we have been close buddies. Anthony has always been the life of the party, he always knows when to say something absolutely hilarious. I have many memories with Anthony ranging from elementary school to high school and beyond. Anthony currently is an active duty service member for the United States Air Force. Serving this nation is something I greatly respect and its even cooler that he is my best friend. Anthony truly has been there for me for almost my whole life and he is someone I call a brother.
Bridesmaid
Nicole: We've been locked in since day one. Everly was my first kid, lol, it was fun being able to be the big sister I knew I needed to be. Having a new born little sister at 11 had it's perks, Everly taught me so much, not just as a person but as a caregiver as well. However, there's a downside as well, because of our age difference, life has separated us. Our lives are on entirely different paths and I know that I won't be able to be there for Everly's every achievement, but I'm so incredibly thankful that I'll get to share this with her. I cherish every moment with Eve, even the ones when she's calling me flatty patty or a big back, because being little only lasts for so long and sooner than later you'll be a big girl too. I will always be proud to call you my little sister and I will always be here when you need me.
Honorary Groomsman
Bryce: Michael and I met through Mason our junior year of high school. Him and I were seemingly very opposite people. But we instantly clicked the first time we met. Michael was the type of guy anyone would kill to hang out with. The way he lit up a room with the dumb things he would say was awesome. I have so many memories with Michael and that is something I will cherish forever. Throughout high school, I always told Michael he would be in my wedding. Unfortunately God had other plans for Mike and called him home in October of 2025. Michael, while our time together was cut short, I know you are watching over me each day and you would be incredibly proud of how far I have come. I’ll cherish our friendship forever Mike. You were a brother. And I cannot wait to tell Nicole and I’s future kids about “Uncle Mike”. I love ya buddy, rest easy man. Don’t worry, we will pour one for you!
Mother of the Bride
Nicole: Growing up with you has been so fun. Our relationship was rocky for a hot minute but I'm glad we figured our shit out. I love my husband, don't get me wrong, but I am not past cuddling with my mom if I get the chance. I know we always joke about it, but it's totally true. Thank you for teaching me what an independent women looks like, how to navigate being an adult, and allowing me to fall flat on my stupid face in order to figure stuff out for myself. You've always been a huge contributer to my whimsy in life, from trying every sport until I figured out I was only good at dance, showing up to all my things, volunteering your time to my shinanigans, and allowing me to be my whole self. You've always been an amazing mom. I love you.
Father of the Bride
Nicole: My dad was my bestest friend growing up. We'd go ride around in the Supra, listen to Guns N' Roses, and make a mandatory stop to get Bug Juice at Thorntons. I always loved going on random side quests while you were inspecting cars, whether we ended up at a zoo or aquarium or even at lunch with mom, I was excited to spend my time with you. Obviously, as we've aged, our relationship has changed, I still and will always love going on side quests with you. You always know how to cheer me up, in your own silly ways. I love that we always seem to make time to "catch up" with each other, aka, yap about nothing for hours in the garage. I am forever thankful for the things you taught me, I know we joke about it, but you truly did teach me how to be a man. You taught me how to be independent and stand up for myself, you taught me how to fix my car and when to know a salesman is bullshitting me. Most importantly, you taught me the value of quality time and how much I enjoy just being around the people I love. You have been nothing short of an amazing dad. I love you.
Mother of the Groom
Bryce: Mom, you have been the greatest mother a child could ask for. You've always had my back through and through, even when you don't agree. You've constantly supported me in everything throughout my whole life. Even just listening to Dad and I ramble about sports for hours, having no clue what we were talking about. Mom, you are truly an inspiration to my life and I would not be here today if it wasn't for your love and support throughout my whole life. I am excited for you to watch the future Nicole and I build together and I sure hope we make you proud! I love you mom!
Father of the Groom
Bryce: Dad has been my best friend since the day I was born. I often tell people I am a carbon copy of my dad. Growing up we always bonded over sports whether that was Notre Dame football or IU basketball. I was always his sidekick. Dad has been the greatest role model I could have asked for, and an even better father. I strive to be half the man my dad is. My dad has truly been a massive inspiration in my life, always, somehow finding a way to understand my crazy brain that is all over the place and often running at a million miles an hour. Dad, I am excited for you to get to see what the future has in store for Nicole and I. I definitely found the woman who fits right in with our family. I love you dad!
Usher
Bryce: Parker and Ryan were two of my closest buddies from college. We continue to maintain a great friendship even as I'm hundreds of miles away. We were all actually roommates in an apartment my final semester of college. We made a lot of great memories together and definitely have a lot of stories. We chose Parker and Ryan to be our ushers for our wedding as they're both great friends of both Nicole and I. Parker and Ryan are both currently still studying at the University of Indianapolis and I'm excited to see what life has in store for them next! Nicole: I met Parker and Ryan the night this photo was taken. I also officially met Bryce that night as well, when I accused him of "not being Bryce." Parker and Ryan have been nothign short of amazing friends to Bryce and I'm forever thankful for them.
