We will be providing a shuttle to our wedding ceremony and reception from the South Lake Union area where our hotel block is located, and from the reception to our after party and back to the hotels. Shuttles will pick up on Mercer Street in front of the Staybridge Suites between 4:15-4:30pm. If you are planning to use the shuttle, please arrive to the pick-up spot no later than 4:30pm. There is also some free and paid street parking near the Fremont Foundry, as well as a paid surface lot next to the venue. For our Welcome Party and Night Before Cruise, we will not be providing transportation as these are within 10 minutes walking from the hotels! There are paid surface lots near both Dockside at Duke’s and the Argosy Cruises dock.
We love your little ones, but we respectfully request no children under the age of 12 at our wedding ceremony and reception. Children of all ages are welcome to attend our Welcome Party and Night Before Cruise. We would be happy to help you find a sitter for any of our wedding weekend events!
Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones not listed on your invitation.
Would it really be a Bryce & MK party without one? 🥳 There will be a full open bar for our wedding reception! We will also have an open beer and wine bar for our Welcome Party, and 2 drink tickets per guest for our Night Before Cruise (additional drinks will be available for purchase).
For our wedding day, we request that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire! Please note that, weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.
