We set the ceremony to start at 5:30pm so that we still have sunlight to take good pictures. The time does vary because the first half will be the ceremony. After the ceremony we will be doing portraits of family and wedding party! I am not sure just how long that will take.
We will have police directing traffic and parking for the ceremony at the Art Museum. The reception has parking in the back of the building.
No, but if you’d like to bring a water bottle you can but please don’t leave trash. Help us keep the park beautiful and clean by throwing away the empty bottles.
We will provide non-alcoholic drinks. As for alcohol it is going to be BYOB, however be careful on what you choose to bring there are no glass containers allowed, and alcohol can only be consumed on the premises. Also any open alcohol cannot leave the building so only bring what you will finish. I know this sounds kind of harsh but these are not our rules and regulations it is the venues rules, so please comply.
The reception will follow after the ceremony and will end at 11:30pm. We have to hire security to allow alcohol and they will only be working for us for four hours, so 11:30 is closing time. Our decorators will also be arriving around this time to pack up their décor as well.
