For better or worse, Grove City College is known for producing a very specific type of graduate. It's students are accomplished, careful planners. They take pride in dedication to study, and careful consideration of life. Some graduates are proud to bear the moniker of Grover, while others reject it. Bryce quickly gained himself the reputation of Anti-Grover with his laid back approach to school and draw to the unexpected and reckless. Maty, on the other hand, is an expert planner, a brilliant scholar, and an all-around mature and wonderful women of God. Bryce and Maty first met during Maty‘s freshmen year, at cross-country camp, as Bryce stumbled loudly and lately into practice every single day. "How immature and irritating," Maty thought to herself. Little did she know how often that thought would be crossing her mind someday. Surprisingly, this first impression is the only role Cross-Country played in this story. Bryce and Maty would connect in a marketing class 2 years later where they would be paired during a group project. They quickly discovered that Maty’s analytical skill and Bryce's reckless creativity formed a powerful combination. The duality soon carried outside of the classroom and they discovered they were each others perfect foil in many ways. Their differences intertwined to form a fascinating and boundry pushing connection that had to be investigated further. These differences brought growth, laughter, a new perspective, and endless interest. They crave the presence of each other, and will surely investigate each others hearts for the rest of their days. These two are an unbreakable team. What started as an impressive class project, has evolved into a powerful relationship. The relationship between Grover and Anti-Grover is unique, but for these two, it is beautiful. It's exciting that this team is just getting started. The future is bright and exciting. Maty and Bryce cannot wait to begin writing Chapter 2.
