If we are reserving a golf sim for cocktail hour, do I still mark "attending" on RSVP?

Answer

Yes! Please still mark for cocktail hour that you will be in attendance. *Be aware that the only open bars for cocktail hour will be in the Barrel Room (basement), and Pinhouse Social (level 1). The bar on level 2 where the sims are located will be available but will not be included in our "open bar".

Level 2, there will also be staff at The Fairfield helping direct guests upon arrival

The Barrel Room (basement level) & Pinhouse Social (level 1) with both having open bars

Is Pinhouse Social included with cocktail hour or do I need to reserve a lane?

Answer

Yes it is included so you do not need to reserve any lanes. We have reserved the entire first floor for our guests from 3-5pm.

Where should I park at the Reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot for The Fairfield just under the bridge. The smaller lot behind the building is reserved to accommodate certain guests.

Can I book a golf sim during the reception?

Answer

No, after cocktail hour all guests will be directed to the third floor for the remainder of the evening.

How long is the reception?

Answer

The reception will end at 10pm. Last call for drinks will be 9:30pm with send off for the Bride and Groom being at 10pm.

Is this a black tie event?

Answer

No, this is not a black tie event - suit jackets are not required. Formal attire optional for the Ceremony. (Please no jeans)

Can I arrive to The Fairfield prior to 3pm for Cocktail Hour?

Yes! Just know that the bars are not "open bars" until cocktail hour begins.
