When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 13, 2024.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate that on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

I've already sent in my RSVP and now my status has changed. What do I do?

Answer

As soon as you realize the change, please contact either Bryce or Kassidy via phone, or email us at EventuallyEngbarth@gmail.com, and we can make changes for you.

What if I want to attend the wedding last minute but my RSVP was no or I did not RSVP?

Answer

If you decide to show up without an RSVP, you will be sitting at the "table of shame" and will be provided with a peanut butter & jelly sandwich.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones!! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event and would love for you to use this evening as a date night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is "South Dakota Cocktail". Suggestions for "South Dakota Cocktail" include: a summer dress, slacks and a button up (optional tie) or at least your clean jeans and a collared shirt. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory (you will be tackled)! Block heels or flats are encouraged due to the ceremony being on grass. Gentlemen, please refrain from wearing green suits or jackets.

Where will the reception party take place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the venue, The Diamond Spur Event Center.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

The venue supplies alcohol and bartending services. Due to venue policy and regulations, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be dairy free and gluten free options available and clearly labeled. If you have other food allergies please reach out to Bryce or Kassidy when your invitation is received.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm MDT. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided due to the wide variety of locations where our guests are staying. There is a taxi service out of Hill City, their number is (605) 877-2255. While some taxi companies take credit cards, some will not, please make sure you have a little cash on hand.

Can I take pictures during the big day?

Answer

We ask that our guests leave their phones in their pockets/bags during the ceremony so they can enjoy it fully with us, as well as allow our photographers to work freely. At cocktail hour and the reception pictures are encouraged! Please feel free to post pictures to your personal social media and use our hashtag #EventuallyEngbarth !
