Bryce's Story

Kaitlyn and I met at United Ag in El Campo, Texas. She had just started working there as a cashier while in PTA school and I was a manager. I remember thinking she was very pretty and that she probably had a serious boyfriend already. Come to find out she didn’t have one and I got excited thinking that maybe we could go on a date. We started talking and I soon got my chance to take her on a date, we went to Pappadeaux in Sugar Land. We had such a good time and just continued to see each other and it led to us starting a relationship together. We have seen a lot of change together over our 3 years of dating, including both of us starting new careers. The one thing I now however, is that no matter what life throws at me I can handle it because I have the love of my life by my side!

Kaitlyn's Story

It all started when I moved to El Campo, Texas back in September 2017 and got job at United Ag when I got into PTA school at WCJC. It was a new town and new chapter in life and I wasn't really looking for a relationship. Just needed a job to support myself while going to school. One day at work back in November 2017 and was just over talking to another manager, Doug, that my tires needed to be aired up in my car, he then told Bryce, "Hey why don't you go air up her tires". Well Bryce was hesitant about it and of course I could've done it myself, but Bryce followed me out there and he did it. I tried making conversation, but Bryce didn't really care to talk to me much... Lol. Time went on and the days got cold, well here I am living in Pincher's RV park and it's time for my propane tanks to be filled up. I was at work and talking to another co-worker about it and he said he'd fill them for me. Well word got around that another guy was helping me out and long story short - it made Bryce jealous. After that, Bryce tried talking to me more and finally inched his way in to getting my number and asking me out on a date after making him work for it. For months we kept this on the down low because we didn't want co-workers to find out about us. It was definitely fun, but yet so hard to do until everyone figured it out. Then after, the rest was history...haha. Throughout our relationship there were many up's and down's and challenges we faced together. Some people may not know, but we broke up at one point. I always had this hope of us maybe getting back together, but I left that in God's hands. Five months later, here comes Bryce again wanting to take me on a date. We hit it off again like nothing ever happened. Breaking up was definitely a blessing in disguise because I know God was working on the both of us during the time we were apart. And now here we are a year later.... Bryce proposed and we're getting married!!
