When are RSVPs due?

Answer

The deadline for responses is August 26th, 2026, as we need to provide final numbers to our vendors. Any RSVPs not received by that date will be marked as 'no.' We appreciate your understanding and timely response!

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Jenna's parents' home: 14747 County Road DD Vernon, CO There will be a sign at the mailbox directing you to the ceremony location. Please note that the ceremony is private and by invitation only. Your invitation will indicate whether you are invited to attend the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you at the reception.

When should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, as we'll begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00.

When should I arrive for the Reception?

Answer

The Fire Hall will open at 5:00 PM. We encourage guests to arrive between 5:00 and 5:20 PM so everyone is seated and ready for our grand entrance at 5:30 PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where Can I stay after the wedding?

Answer

Please visit the Travel page for lodging information and recommendations. We will have a hotel block available in Burlington for our guests. We also have limited camper space available in Idalia. If you plan to bring a camper or RV, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reserve a space for you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is 'dressy-casual.' Please don't stress about your attire, we want you to be comfortable! Our only request is that ladies avoid wearing white or off-white.

Can I bring kids?

Guests of all ages are welcome and your kid(s) will appear when you RSVP!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want everyone to be present with us in the moment. We have hired a wonderful photographer who will be capturing the ceremony. Other than the ceremony, take as many pictures as you'd like, and please share with us!
