Airport Rental Car Agencies

There are numerous rental car agencies available at the airport, including Hertz, Avis, Budget, National, Enterprise, Alamo, Dollar, and Thrifty. Turo is also a viable option with plenty of choices in Anchorage. We do not recommend using Uber or Lyft for anything outside of the Anchorage area, as resources are limited. For getting to Hope, you will need your own vehicle.

If you are intending on staying at the Creekbend and would like to reserve a RV/Van camping spot, please email Eva Fath directly at Eva@CreekbendCo.com. We have the entire facility blocked off, so this is the only way to reserve a RV spot. Again, do not try and book an RV/Van spot on the website, it will not be available. If you are intending on camping in a tent, and would like to book a spot at the Creekbend, you can do so from their website, linked here.

Hope Lodging Options

The Chamber of Commerce in Hope provides a list of places to stay in Hope, which can be found on their website, linked here.

Hotel

Girdwood

For those who do not wish to stay in Hope (we get it, it's a bit rustic), the Alyeska Hotel is a great option. However, the hotel is in Girdwood, which is about an hour's drive from the venue, so keep that in mind! There are also many AirBnbs available in Girdwood, if you would rather not stay at the hotel.

There are a few options available on Airbnb in Hope. Keep in mind, that many of the locations will be "dry cabins", which means no running water or bathrooms.
