Cayla and Bryce first crossed paths in 2013 at a West Liberty Cross Country meet. Cayla knew immediately that she wanted to know more about Bryce. That night she started what some would say, "stalking him" on Facebook. Being the not so shy person that she is, she reached out to him. It wasn't until 2015 that they reconnected and in 2016 went on their first date. Since then they have been inseparable. In November of 2019 they bought their first home together, in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Shortly after, in December of 2019 (which Bryce had been planning for months) Bryce asked Cayla to marry him in front of their family and friends. Together, they enjoy spending time with their fur baby Jax, summer nights by the campfire, eating out with at their favorite restaurants, traveling to different states to experience new adventures, quality time with family and friends, hitting the golf course or enjoying a Oregon Ducks football game.
