Question

Are there hotels that we recommend?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotels that we have 15 rooms at each reserved for our guests. You can call these two hotels, or use the link under the travel tab to reserve your room!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Historic Acres of Hershey has their own parking lot right next to the pavilion. You may park there!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If it is not indicated on the invitation please do not add an extra guest when you RSVP. We would love to have everyone but would like to keep it to the guests that are listed on the invitations. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Historic Acres by 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so this will allow you time to park and proceed to the ceremony and find a seat!

Can I take and post photos from the event?

Answer

We ask that you do not take any photos during the ceremony. It will be a "no device" ceremony. We hired Marisa Kinney for a reason (she is absolutely amazing and we love her dearly) and would love for her to capture the ceremony and not have our guests in the shots with their phones/cameras. This is something that is very important for us. With that being said after the ceremony you may take whatever photos you want to! We just ask that when you post them to Instagram or Facebook, please use our hashtag #BrycetakestheRaines so we can see and reminisce on all of our wedding photos!
