Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 9:45 AM to allow enough time to enter the building and make your way to the balcony area before the ceremony begins. Since it's a government building, we want to ensure everyone has plenty of time to get settled!

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress comfortably, in semi-formal attire, keeping in mind that September in San Francisco is generally warm, but mornings can be chilly. Since the ceremony is in a historic government building, we kindly ask that you avoid baseball hats and flip-flops if possible.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, there is no dedicated parking, but you can find nearby parking at the Civic Center Garage (355 McAllister St) or the Performing Arts Garage (360 Grove St). Metered street parking is also available but can be limited. For the reception, street parking is available, and the venue is easily accessible via rideshare if you prefer not to drive.
