Question

Why Elope?

Answer

We decided we wanted to do something more unique and memorable vs an expensive traditional wedding. This also gives us the opportunity to focus on each other and cherish the special day in a beautiful place!

Question

How Does Eloping in Hawaii Work?

Answer

We found an awesome team located in Hawaii that specializes in weddings and elopement planning since 1978. 'Weddings of Hawaii' has taken the stress out of planning! They set everything up from photographer to leis! All we have to do is show up. :) Learn more about Weddings of Hawaii here: https://www.wedhawaii.com/

Question

Will the Ceremony be Livestreamed?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony can be watched live by visiting the 'Events' tab and clicking on the event link. It will direct you to the livestream. It can be viewed on either a mobile device or desktop. Once you are there, you will be able to watch, chat, and even replay the video!

Question

What is the livestream link?

Answer

https://www.wedhawaii.com/bryce-and-kelli

Question

If I Miss the Live Ceremony, Can I Still Watch it Later?

Answer

No problem! You can go back and watch the recorded ceremony using the same link as many times as you want! (We will also be receiving the full recorded ceremony and a highlight video at a later date to view)

Question

Do I Need to RSVP for the Ceremony?

Answer

Nope! Simply join by clicking the link in the 'Events' tab. :)

Question

What's The Time Difference in Hawaii?

Answer

Hawaii is 5 hours behind of the Central Time Zone from March 12th - Nov. 5th. (Hawaii does not follow daylight savings time. Outside of that window, HI is 4 hours behind.) While you may be watching the ceremony live in the afternoon (your time), it is morning in Hawaii.

Question

Will there be a Reception at a later date?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a small after party approximately 1 month after we get married. Due to inflated costs, we will only be hosting a small party for close family members only. If you don't receive an invite for the after-party and you'd like to celebrate with us, feel free to reach out and plan something low-key. :) Thanks for understanding!

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

We are limited on space and will be paying per person for food/drinks. Please do not bring extra guests that were not invited. Contact us if you have any questions or if we forgot to include your plus one!

Question

Am I Expected to Bring a Gift to the Celebration Party?

Answer

Even though we picked an untraditional ceremony, we will still be having a small reception/celebration party. A cash gift to celebrate our marriage would be greatly appreciated! (View the Registry)

Question

Can I Bring my Kids?

Answer

This will be an adults-only celebration. (Ages 21+) Please reach out if you have any questions!
