Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a formal/semi - formal affair. Appropriate attire for men would be a suit & tie or nice dress slacks & a button down collared shirt. Appropriate attire for women would be a cocktail dress, dress slacks & blouse or a skirt & blouse. Please no blue jeans, t shirts, boots, tennis shoes or flip flops. Women should not wear white, ivory, or cream colored dresses as the bride💕 should be the only one in white.

Is this event non smoking/smoke free?

Answer

Yes! That’s what we kindly request. Several family members including the bride are very sensitive/allergic to cigarette smoke. The bride does not wish to have her allergies triggered on her wedding day so please, no smoking at our event.

Can I take pictures on my camera or cell phone during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we respectfully request that this be an unplugged wedding ceremony. We don’t want our guests glued to their phone screens & cameras during our ceremony. Please put away your cameras and phones to be fully present in this moment with us. Plus we’ve hired some pretty amazing photographers who will gladly share the photos they capture of our special day. Once the reception starts we welcome you to take all the pictures you want but we ask that you please do not post about our wedding on social media before we have a chance to post ourselves.

Yes, Dragonfly wedding venue is ADA friendly!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love all of our friends & families children but unfortunately due to space limitation we kindly request that childcare arrangements be made for children ages 12 & younger and that they be left at home.

Will there be alcohol at your reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The bride & groom do not drink alcohol so therefore this is not something they are budgeting for. This is NOT a BYOB occasion either. Don’t worry though, our reception will still be so much fun without alcohol!
