Cassie and Tyler met back in February 2018. Brandy, Tyler’s sister had set up a blind date. They spent a few days talking through text and facebook after Brandy suggested to Cassie to add Tyler on facebook. That she did. You wanna know what Tyler did? He declined the request, because he didnt add people he didnt know. Cassie tried to send another request but facebook wouldnt let her. So, then she called out to Brandy for help. Brandy then messaged Tyler and told him to add Cassie in which he did. Cassie didnt want to come on too strong and then asked Brandy if she should ask him for his number or would it be too wierd. About 10 minutes later she recieved a text from a number she didn’t know and knew it had to be Tyler. Mind you Tyler and Cassie are both very awkward people so the “Talking” didnt really “begin” until the Blind Date.

THE BLIND DATE Cassie and Tyler were both nervous for this day. They had both been at work texting each other about “Tonight” . They had both mentioned not to be alarmed but they are both very quiet people when first meeting someone. Fast forwarding to later that day. Anyone who knows Cassie knows she is ALWAYS late. ALWAYS! For the FIRST time in her life , she was early. She showed up where they were meeting , at Brandy and Madisons house. Cassie went and changed out of her work clothes into something more casual. A long sleeve shirt and of course leggings, and lets not forget her FLIP FLOPS in February. Cassie was in the bathroom fixing her hair after Tyler got there. She was actually hiding out in there cause she was nervous. After some pep talk from Brandy and Madison she had went in the living room to meet Tyler officially. As expected they looked at each other and didnt say a word. Tyler then got a text message from Cassie saying “I see you” cause thats what you say when you first meet someone.

Fast Forwarding a little more. On the road. Tyler and Cassie were then on the road to Pigeon Forge. Where they had went to Cheddars. They sat down and had a nice meal. And decided they were going to the Rockin Raceway Arcade. This is where they spent a couple of hours playing arcade games and getting to know each other more. They cashed in their tickets and both got typical arcade stuff, Cassie and Tyler both got stress balls that had emojis on them. (They both have them til this day). They were headed back to Brandy and Madisons place. The way back was spent listening to Cassie’s singing and Tyler go to see her “AWESOME” dance moves. And small talk here and there. When Tyler said he was quiet Cassie didnt know how quiet he actually meant. So then they hung out a little while longer, Cassie had to work at 8:30 in the morning , so they didnt hang out that long only until roughly 5 in the morning. Then they went home. And that was the start of thier beautiful relationship forming.

Valentines day mind you was only 5 days after Cassie and Tyler had met. So picking a valentines day gift was a it complicated, definately 5 days after meeting. Cassie had to work and so did Tyler. Cassie had gotten Tyler a card, trying to avoid ones that said love she had went to the kids section to find a card. The card said “You’re Cool” Which was perfect because Cassie started their relationship using the phrase “You’re pretty cool”. Did you know Tyler was good at keeping secrets? He is. Tyler had set up for Flowers to be delievered to Cassie’s work. Cassie had never gotten flowers before, so it made her day. When the florist walked n everyone was in awe. Not knowing to who the flowers were going. And then the florist said is CATHY here. People make that mistake quite often. Brandi,Cassie’s Coworker, stepped in and said Cassie i think these are for you. They were. So, Tyler is sweet too. If you guys didnt know!

As a child, you grow up thinking that kissing in the rain is romantic. Cassie and Tyler can tell you it is. So, they had just went on a date. Really enjoyed their time together and each others company. The day was spent in Pigeon Forge/Seiverville. Tyler and Cassie met at her work before leaving and left she left her car there. So, the destination is obviously her work. On the way back, it starts raining, pouring. So, Cassie sat in Tylers car when they got there to see if it was going to pass. It didnt. So as they are going to leave they both get out of the car and end the night in a big hug and a stare off. Cassie and Tyler are both awkward people. They both knew in their minds they wanted to kiss but neither one of them jumped to do so. So instead looking at each other in the pouring rain was the best thing to do at this point. After about 3 minutes both of them are completely soaked, and Tyler made the move. And they kissed which they both could agree was sweet and special, AND soaked by rain but perfect in every way.

On one of Cassie and Tylers dates.... The whole time was spent figuring out where to eat. As a Typical Woman Cassie couldnt pick anything, Tyler suggested Texas Roadhouse, since they were in Sevierville so that is where they ate at. They knew there was one in Morristown but Tyler didnt recommend it because he thought it was wasnt open yet. So they drove all the way to Sevierville just to come back to Morristown and find out that the one that wasn’t even 15 minutes away was open. Which in fact, would have saved some time, gas, and a bit of starvation.

There was a night that Tyler had asked Cassie if she wanted to come eat with his family , which would had been the first time she would have met them. Cassie had convinced her coworkers to let her leave a little early. Come to find out that was pointless cause Cassie wasnt going anywhere. Cassie is the master of losing stuff, and apparently locking keys in cars. Yes you guessed it, Cassie had lost her keys, and they were in her car , a Ford Explorer, which did Cassie no favor. With her keys locked in the car, Cassie was trying to figure out how to get them. The passsenger window was down, so Cassie attempted to pick up one of her co workers, Brandi in the car through the window which didnt work. Tyler had texted Cassie thinking she may have gotten lost, cause she was also known to do that too, and Cassie then told Tyler her keys were locked in her car that she wouldnt make it, sadly. Tyler immediately came to the rescue and his height and long arms had did a favor of helping get her keys from inside the car. Which he did. So Cassie didnt meet the family then. But Tyler and Cassie did spend the rest of the night together.

Here are some facts about the Bride and Groom. 1. Cassie and Tyler met on one of her best friends birthday. 2. Cassie and Tyler started offically dating February 20,. 2018. 11 Days after they met. 3. Tyler is 27 and Cassie is 23 so they have a 4 year age difference. (But age is just a number) 4. Cassie’s natural hair color is blonde and her hair was blonde when she met Tyler. 5. Cassie and Tyler bought a House November 2018. 6. Cassie and Tyler have 3 (4) Pets. (Shadow and Simba Their Cats. Ellie is Their German Shepard, and Callie is Tylers Dog that stays with his parents < theyve kinda adopted her) 7. Tyler and Cassie share the same interest of Karaoke, and they love it. Cassie had never done karaoke until she had went with Tyler a couple of times. 8. Tyler and Cassie love to be on the water, and of course camp. 9. Tyler and Cassie are getting married October 19, 2019. (Tyler’s Dad, Jimmy’s, Birthday.) 12. The reason this day was picked was simply because Cassie liked the way 10-19-2019 sounded, and plus Tyler will never forget an anniversary. 11.Cassie and Tyler first said “I Love You” on St Patricks day❤️

So Im sure if you are reading this you want to know how the Proposal went , Well Here it is. Tyler and Cassie went on a Cruise in October. They had a blast , but the favorite part of the entire trip was obviously the Proposal. So, Tyler had been trying to find the perrfect time. First Attempt, It had been a long day, in St Thomas. They had booked an excursion at a “private Beach” but the tickets to go on the excursion werent delievered as they were supposed to be so the first 45 minutes (4 Hours it seemed like) they got off the ship trying to figure out how to get these, in the middle of all this they needed a cigarette, but Tyler had lost them. Cassie attempts to try to find them by TRYING to search in the bag that Tyler was Carrying, but Tyler wouldnt let her because he had the ring in the bag. Cassie found the ring but didnt know it, she had thought it was the cigarettes that they had spent 15 minutes looking for, in 100 degree weather. Tyler convinced her they wasnt in there and that they would get more. The bus pulled up to take them to the beach. The bus that was supposed to take them had left them. They almost didnt get to go on this excursion because of this reason. At the beach, which wasnt all that private as Tyler anticipated. They spent a little while playing in the ocean and then after that they laid out some towels to sit on. Cassie was able to use her phone finally being in US territory and not get crazy international charges. So the rest of the time on the beach , was spent with Cassie talking to her insurance company. On a beach, on vacation, where Tyler intially planned to Propose. So Tyler just waited a little longer for the perfect time.

BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE! The next port was San Juan, Pueto Rico. Granted would had been a good place for this to take place, but we didnt have an exccursion planned. Today was just walking around looking at the various shops that San Juan had to offer. Then they ate at subway, of all places, then proceded to go back to the ship to relax after walking all day. SO, they went back to their cabin, and took a nap. They get up thinking they are supposed to be on the way to Grand Turk. Where they had booked the best Excurion, go zip lining , ride around on dune buggies, snorkle, and horseback riding. Cassie picked this out so it would have been perfect. This was where Tyler wanted to Propose. They come out to hang out on the deck after their nap and the boat is not moving. Shortly after, there was an annoucement stating the ship was having some issues but they were working on it, Cassie’s first thought was they wasnt going to be able to make it to next port and was upset. Tyler reassured her that he was sure everything would go to plan that it would be alright. An hour later, after being worried that they would miss Grand Turk, an unfortuante annoucement had been made stating that they were so sorry but we would not be able to make it to our next and fianl port. Which at that point upset Both Cassie and Tyler. Cassie because she was missing Grand Turk and wasnt going on the excursion she had picked. But Tyler as well because that was his back up plan. THEN Tyler had to come up with a back up plan for his back up plan. This night was Formal Night meaning you got to get dressed up and take pictures in your formal attire. Tyler and Cassie head back to their cabin to get ready.

The Backup Plan for The Backup Plan Tyler and Cassie Finished getting ready for Formal night, It was about Time for Dinner. Tyler had Decided to take Cassie to the steak house on the ship and not to eat in the main dining room. After eating their delicious $75 meal, Tyler and Cassie planned to go to a comedy show. First , they stopped at the Arcade. POWERHOUR: All the games are 50% off, more fun for half the cost. Tyler pulled Cassie’s hand to come into the arcade. She Followed. They were going to relive their first date again and hang out in the arcade for power hour. So Cassie Thought. Where they were going to the comedy show they wouldnt be there long. Tyler walked in and found some random people we didnt know, which is what a cruise is, just hanging out with people you dont know. He handed them his phone. Remember Cassie and Tyler are dressed up in formal attire, because of formal night. Cassie thought he was just going to have this random couple take a few pictures so they had them for keep sake. Little did she know, she was standing there and this is where Tyler got down on one knee and proposed. He chose this because their first date was in an arcade, and it fit perfectly. But of course she said YES. P.s. They didnt hang out in the arcade because Power hour was about to start, and the arcade was about to be crowded. They went to get he best seats at the comedy show!

The Maid of Honor wanted to say a few things about Cassie and Tyler. Here is what she has to say. When I see these two together the love they have for each other is beyond breath taking just the way they look at each other and act with one another you can tell it's true love. I'm beyond happy that my bestfriend found love. Tyler is a great guy and I'm so glad she has him and so grateful that he loves her as much as she loves him and that he takes care of her. It's really an amazing experience to see these two together they can be silly together. I go out with them the way they act spitting papers off straws at each other goofing off you can say its a dinner and a show. Ive seen them have pillow fights and throw balloons at each other across the house. They are each other's soul mates. I remember when he asked her out, it happened on my front porch and was a very magical thing to witness cause Cassie couldnt wait any longer to call him, hers. It was love from the start and the way Tyler and Cassie are around my son, Phoenix is amazing. Pheonix may not be able to talk yet but he loves his aunt/godmother Cassie as well his soon to be well techinally now his Uncle tyler . We are all very happy for them both and we love them so much and can't wait to officially welcome Tyler to our crazy but loving family!

To Cassie and Tyler , I always hoped my kids would find happiness and love , and for Cassie , she found everything I could ever hoped for and that is Tyler . I’m so proud of you two . I couldn’t be more happier , that y’all found each other . I’ve never seen my daughter this happy and it makes me happy . I always wanted for her to find love and not just any love , true love . The way you two look at each other , you can definitely see it . I’m so glad you two are going to walk hand in hand through this crazy thing called, life . Tyler , takes care of Cassie , no matter what , he steps up and he does everything he can to do , the very best he can . It won’t be long til you will become my son in law . The only advice I can give is , always no matter what communicate. That’s one of the most main things . Also , never leave home without a hug , a kiss , and a I love you . Tyler and Cassie have thought long and hard about their honeymoon. After lots of back and forth they decided to go on another cruise. 6 days to the Carribean And Bahamas Ports of Call are -AmberCove - Half moon Cay - Grand Turk The reason they chose this cruise is because if you read the proposal story, you know that Tyler and Cassie Missed The Grand Turk Port Last Cruise. The excurions they have chosen is in Amber cove and Grand Turk. They are swimming with dolphins, sea lions, and sharks in Amber Cove. They Are doing the same excursion Cassie picked on their Cruise Last year. In Grand Turk. Zip LIning, Riding Dune buggies, horseback riding, and snorkeling.)
