What is the wedding date and time?

Our wedding will take place on September 26th, 2025 at 5:30 PM in beautiful Cancún, Mexico.

Where will the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on the Sunrise Terrace at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. The entire event will be held outside (weather permitting).

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we are keeping all wedding events an adult-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I sit at the ceremony?
Answer
You can choose any seat as long as there is no “Reserved” sign. On our special day, two families become one. Please choose a seat rather than a side.

Cocktail beach wedding attire. We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day!

What is the best way to get to Cancún?
Answer
Cancún is easily accessible via the Cancún International Airport (CUN). Most major airlines fly directly to Cancún. You can check with your airline for direct flights and travel times.

Do I need a passport to travel to Cancún?
Answer
Yes, all U.S. citizens will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months after your planned departure date.

What currency is used in Cancún, and should I exchange money?
Answer
The official currency in Mexico is the Mexican Peso (MXN), but U.S. dollars are widely accepted in most places. We recommend exchanging some money or bringing pesos for smaller purchases, but most major credit cards are accepted.

Dress Code for On-Site Restaurants

To ensure a pleasant and respectful atmosphere for all guests, the hotel has implemented a dress code for its public areas. The guidelines are designed to promote comfort, style, and respect for others, while maintaining the luxury standard of the hotel. Access to the pool through public areas and lobby: Guests are kindly requested to wear the appropriate cover ups when transiting public areas. Bathrobes are available in each room for this purpose. Le Basilic Gourmet Restaurant: Elegant evening attire. Shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, jeans, sandals or tennis shoes are not permitted. La Joya Mexican Restaurant & Show: Smart Casual. Swim suit shorts, t-shirts and tank tops are not permitted. Appropriate footwear. Lobby Bar: Casual Attire. As of 18:00 hours gentlemen are asked to wear long trousers or dress shorts. No swim suit shorts or tank tops permitted. Coral Café: Casual Attire. Guests are requested to use their own discretion of dress code in the evening. Viña del Mar: Casual Wear. Tops and footwear are mandatory. Isla Contoy: Beach Restaurant. Casual tops necessary. Smart casual at night, Bermuda shorts accepted. Steakhouse Havanna: Smart Casual.
