Once upon a time...

Kim and Mike started as all dating app relationships start: a hope and a prayer… and avoiding murder. Turns out they were perfect for each other and that was the start of what would lead to the biggest event of the 24th day of the 11th month of 2024 in Littleton, Colorado. Kim was on a once in a lifetime (or so she thought) trip to Disney World with her friends when they convinced her to try online dating. They helped her set up a dating profile using all the photos they took around Disney World. For Mike this was bait. Hook, line, and sinker! Their first date was on Monday June 25, 2018, at Linger, a restaurant in Denver. Enthralled in conversation, they eventually realized the restaurant was closing for the night. Neither of them was ready to say goodnight, and to their luck Little Man Ice Cream was having an open mic night in the courtyard just outside. They grabbed a scoop of ice cream and enjoyed a little more time getting to know each other. Mike was her first connection on a dating app and the last, as things only went up from there. They quickly hit it off with their quirky personalities and mutual interests but mainly the enjoyment of being with each other. Many dates and a couple of months later, Mike invited Kim to join him on his trip to Paris, France. Before they knew it, they were off to visit the city of love and romance. As they explored the French countryside chateaus and vineyards, they realized they were perfect travel companions. Over the years they have had so many adventures together from 4-wheeling in Moab, exploring new cities, Halloween haunts and various theme park thrills (yes, many to Disney… get off their backs about it). In October 2023 they took a trip to Cape San Blas and Orlando with the family. They decided what a better time to ask, “Will you?” (Twice!) at their favorite place! They look forward to celebrating this big day with you all, as everyone in attendance has played an important role in their lives. Please join them on their next big adventure as they say “I DO” because every once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life… love gives us a fairytale!
