Our story began at the very first football game of our freshman year at Iowa State University. We were just two college students, surrounded by the excitement of a new chapter in life, but little did we know that game would be the start of something special. We hit it off right from the start! We spent the next four years navigating life together—making unforgettable memories, supporting each other through challenges, and building a bond that only grew stronger with time. When graduation came, Abby received an incredible opportunity in Orlando, Florida, and the two of us packed up our lives to start a new adventure in the Sunshine State. Though we loved the energy of the big city, we quickly realized that it wasn't quite the place we wanted to settle down. So, after a year of city life, we made the decision to return home. But not before we expanded our family by adding a fur baby—our playful, lovable dog, Leo. Back in Iowa, we found our perfect place in West Des Moines and bought a house to call home. Surrounded by the love and support of our amazing family and friends, we have created a life full of joy, laughter, and adventure. Every day, we continue to grow and learn together, grateful for the journey we’ve shared so far and excited for the many more chapters we’ll write side by side.
