What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the venue between 3:30 - 3:45 PM to allow time for seating, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

No - While we love your kiddos, we have decided to make our wedding celebration an adults-only event. We would love for you to be able to take a night off to celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Formal Attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there transportation from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Yes - shuttles will be provided from the Courtyard by Marriott Brookfield (3:00 PM departure) and Iron Horse Hotel (2:45 PM departure). Return shuttles to the Courtyard by Marriott Brookfield will run throughout the evening beginning at 9:00 PM, with the final shuttle at 11:30 PM. One return shuttle to the Iron Horse Hotel will depart at 11:30 PM. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Is there parking available at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot on site. You are also able to leave your car in the lot overnight.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our family and close friends! Due to venue capacity, we’re unable to accommodate guests beyond those included on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding. Any questions regarding this, please reach out to Luke or Bryanne.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold our ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors.
