How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you don't RSVP by August 5th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify one of us as soon as you are aware.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the formal invitation. If your invitation is address to you "and guest," you are welcome to bring a plus one. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Our venue and ceremony is held at the same place. The address is 3988 Warriors Mark Path, Warriors Mark, PA 16877. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to where the ceremony will take place. There will also be transportation available for those in a wheelchair/walker.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is an ample amount of parking. The venue will allow cars to be left overnight, however they must be picked up the next day by noon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 3pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4pm, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place in a barn. Guests will walk to the ceremony on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass to take their seats. In the event it rains the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, the drinks are on us! Just remember; we can't be held responsible for any next day hangovers. Come find us on the dance floor, and please drink responsibly!
