Our dress code for the wedding is semi-formal, and we are highly encouraging bright colors! We're getting married at an extremely colorful hotel, so feel free to be bold with your outfit choices. Think fun dresses, jumpsuits & suits, open-toed heels, a bright tie, loud prints, and lighter fabrics (since it'll be hot in the desert!).

You must RSVP to the wedding by Wednesday, April 20th in order to attend. If you do not respond with a yes or no by this date, you will be marked as not attending.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. We highly encourage guests to arrive around 4:30 pm.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the hotel's main lawn. This outdoor space will be covered in shade during the ceremony, however we still recommend bringing a hat or paper fan if you're sensitive to the heat. We'll have a limited number of parasols for guests during the ceremony, we just ask that you close them when the ceremony begins so everyone seated behind you can see. Cocktail hour will take place on the El Jefe restaurant patio next to the ceremony space. This area is completely covered to provide shade and also has misters to keep everyone cool, but it won't be unbearably hot by this point in the day! The reception will be held mainly indoors on the balcony terrace of the hotel, where the space is half indoor ballroom and half outdoor terrace overlooking the hotel pool and mountain scape.
We highly recommend that guests take an Uber or Lyft to the venue. Most hotels listed on our Accommodations page are less than 5 miles away from the venue space. If you have a rental car, parking is abundant at the hotel. If you are staying at The Saguaro Hotel, all you have to do is take a quick walk from your room to the ceremony space.
Unfortunately, due to limited space at the hotel, we are only able to provide room block rates for the wedding party and immediate family. Thank you so much for understanding.
When you head to the Guest RSVP tab at the top of this website and type in your name, it will let you know if you were allotted a plus one. Unfortunately, we are limited to a specific total guest count to ensure that everyone has a seat and cannot accommodate additional plus ones at this time.
Our wedding is a child-free event. Thank you for understanding.
During cocktail hour, we'll be offering beer, wine, and 2 signature cocktails. During the reception, there will be an open bar for all guests to enjoy.
We'd love for our guests to keep their phones away during the ceremony so we can truly be in the moment all together without worrying about getting the perfect shot! After the ceremony, pictures are encouraged.

We want all our guests to feel comfortable at our wedding! While the hotel is not currently enforcing Covid precautions, please feel free to bring a mask and social distance according to your own personal comfort.
