The short answer is no. However, we want all guest to feel comfortable, so a system will be put in place to help guest stay safe.
The bride and groom will provide a wrist band to everyone at the entrance of the ceremony. A specific color wristband will be offered to help everyone know who is ready to mingle, so guest feel at ease & comfortable.
Yes, masks will be required at the ceremony and reception.
Yes! All gifts are welcome, although we would prefer monetary gifts.
Yes, it’s a semi-formal/formal event. ie no jeans, t-shirts of any kind, shorts or sneakers. Also, no white, ivory, champagne or any other color a bride would wear.
We will be providing a plated dinner. The bride and groom feel that this is the best way to help guest social distance.
Yes, we will be providing hors d’oeuvres and beverages for guest while the wedding party is taking pictures to remember this beautiful day.
Yes, the venue has a huge parking lot to accommodate all guest.
We have addressed the invitation to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on you wedding invitation.
In order for our guest to have plenty of room and to be able to social distance, the ceremony will be held outside. However, there will be blankets for guest. The wedding reception will be inside.
The guest list will be finalized by September, 30th, 2021. So, if you have any questions or concerns please contact the bride or groom before then.
The short answer is no. Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers and the COVID-19 virus. The only exception is if the child(ren) were invited by bride and groom.
