What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue parking lot at 2:00pm where there will be shuttles going to the ceremony site. The ceremony starts at 3:00pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Although we do recommend using uber as the lot is small.

How to get around Kelowna if you fly in?

Kelowna has Taxi, Uber, and Uride available.

Where are guests staying in Kelowna?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the golf course. The reception will be inside the clubhouse in their event room. There will be chauffeured shuttles to and from the ceremony site and clubhouse.

Individual invitations will specify this. If you would like to bring a plus one that is not included on your RSVP please message us!

It will be a cash bar only, please plan ahead as there is no ATM at the venue.

What is the food situation?

Immediately at the reception there will be assorted canapés passed for our cocktail hour, then there will be a full buffet dinner and desserts, and lastly there will be late night pizzas.

What should i wear?

This event is formal/cocktail attire. Please wear what you are comfortable in. Bridesmaids will be in black.

Last call is at 12am and the reception ends at 1am.
