When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1, 2026 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. Due to venue and catering restrictions, we will be unable to accommodate responses received after this date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden semi-formal attire is requested, with bright and cheerful colors encouraged. Suggested styles include flowy maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and lightweight suits. Dressy but comfortable shoes are recommended for walking on grass and gravel.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Nashville International Airport is the most convenient airport, located just 50 minutes from our wedding venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. We suggest staying at a nearby accommodation and coordinating carpools or using rideshare services to reach the venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the wedding venue offers ample, convenient parking for all of our guests. A golf cart shuttle will also be available for guests who need it.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you begin arriving at 4:30 pm to ensure you have ample time to be seated comfortably before our ceremony begins.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass. Please dress appropriately to ensure you can comfortably walk on grass and gravel.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a photographer so all our loved ones can be present! Pictures are welcomed and encouraged during the reception, however.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we'll have an open bar! Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions.
