Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.
Cocktail Hour

The Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Wedding Transportation
10:30 pm - 11:00 pm
The bus will have two departure times from the hotel at 3:30pm & 4:00pm. The bus will be LEAVING at those times, so please be outside the hotel and waiting for the bus before the departure time. The bus will return guests to the hotel from the venue at 9:30pm, 10:00pm & after the send-off at 10:30pm
