What time is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm at The Bridgewater Manor. We advise planning to be at the venue no later than 5:15 pm!

How do we get to the Manor?
Answer
Transportation is included in your hotel stay! There will be two trips to the venue and two trips back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Uber/Lyfts can easily cost $30+ one way, thus we have elected to provide this service to our guests. The Manor is easily accessible by nearby highways, but be mindful of rush-hour delays as the event is on a Friday evening.

My invite didn't have meal options... what are we eating?
Answer
After cocktail hour, you will receive a menu at your seat and make your selection at that time, including choice of Chicken Piccata, Roasted Prime Rib, or Baked Salmon. A vegetarian/vegan dinner option is also available. If you have allergies, please let Erika and Bryan know.

Okay...but what should we wear?
Answer
The wedding is a Black Tie Optional, formal event. The wedding celebrations will occur indoors, but be mindful it is in the middle of November. As well, it should go without saying, but, wear shoes you will be able to keep on for the entire evening, even when dancing.

Can I take pictures/ videos/ livestream the ceremony and post photos to my social media immediately after?
Answer
No. Don't do this. The ceremony is a formal, "unplugged" celebration. That means keep your phones away, on vibrate/silent, and your ipads in your hotel room. Please respect Bryan and Erika's wishes. We implore guests to live in the moment and remain attentive to the celebration. You can post as many "stories" as you want once Cocktail Hour starts.

Is there a post-wedding Brunch? I don't see it on the Event page!
Answer
There is no formal brunch event scheduled. The Bridgewater Marriott has a breakfast buffet that guests are invited to join or to stop by to say their farewells to Erika and Bryan. Please note, the buffet is an additional cost not included in your hotel stay.

What COVID precautions are being followed?
Answer
We highly encourage those eligible and able to be fully vaccinated and boosted. We also highly encourage getting tested before the wedding weekend. We are not enforcing mask-wearing or requiring proof of vaccination status. If you feel most comfortable masked, please do so. If you are feeling unwell, please let Erika and Bryan know; we support everyone making the best decisions for themselves.
