FAQs

Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by 2/22 to ensure we have an accurate headcount for seating.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE/GUEST?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, your invitation will be made out to “(Your Name) and Guest” and they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP through the “RSVP” tab above. When you RSVP, if your invitation specified you can bring a guest, please include the first and last name of your guest where indicated. If you were invited to multiple events during the wedding weekend, please make sure to RSVP for each one. Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and Post Wedding Brunch will each have a separate guest list.

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We kindly request formal attire in a neutral palette—think beige, brown, copper, black, or gray to complement our wedding theme. Please avoid wearing any green, as the color is reserved for the bridal party. Please no white, cream, or ivory. Ladies can wear floor-length and tea-length dresses, or a nice pant suit. Gentlemen can wear a tux, or suit and tie. No jeans please! Ladies, when selecting shoes, please keep in mind, there is a grass yard, and a short stone path leading to the ceremony site. Chunky heels or heel stoppers are suggested.

Question

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS/OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in a garden shaded by trees. Cocktail hour and Reception will be held in an air conditioned building with an outdoor patio.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to ensure you don’t miss anything. This will give you plenty of time to park, make your way to the ceremony site, and take your seat and take in the beauty of the ceremony site.

Question

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say “I do”. We have professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Question

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Answer

Yes, we will have plenty of food including cocktail appetizers, dinner, and sweets!

Question

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, signature drinks and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Question

CAN I BRING MY OWN ADULT BEVERAGES?

Answer

We will have an open bar and bartender serving beer, wine, and signature drinks. If you prefer something in specific, please feel free to bring what you like.

Question

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There is plenty of parking by the reception building. Signs will be placed letting you know where to park.

Question

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

Reception must end promptly at 10pm due to city noise ordinance. However, an after party will immediately follow at the on-site villa for our night owls. There is a pool so feel free to bring a swimsuit and change of clothes.
