FAQs

The Wedding Website of Zoey Hunter and Bryan Echavarria
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline is March, 1st, 2025. If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and extremely helpful! Any RSVPs received after the deadline will be marked as "declining" as we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs and you will be missed!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:15 pm when doors open to ensure you can comfortably arrive on time.

Question

Where is the wedding located? Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Vellano Estate. The ceremony will be outdoors while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony, and request that you turn off/silence all phones. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired amazing photographers who will capture this special moment and would be happy to share our pictures once we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love it if our guests could please participate in the wedding dress code. This event is formal and we ask guests to wear black attire.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is a gift enough, but if you’re feeling particularly generous, you can locate our registry under the "registry" tab or the QR code on your formal invitation. We greatly appreciate any gift and are beyond excited to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

At this time, we are not able to accommodate children unless their names appear on your formal invite. We chose to have a more intimate wedding with a limited capacity. Because of that, we hope you can enjoy the weekend kid-free!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be a dietary restriction question located on your RSVP form, please fill it out so we can accommodate your needs.

Question

Will there be alcohol and what should I do about driving?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar providing alcoholic beverages. However, we do not want anyone drinking and driving. The venue agrees and allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be. However, your vehicle must be picked up the following day by 12:00pm (noon). For those who will be drinking, we recommend using rideshare apps, such as Lyft or Uber for transportation. Otherwise, please know who your designated driver is ahead of time.

Question

I have a question not answered here; how do I contact you?

Answer

If you still have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to call or text me (Zoey). I appreciate you taking the time to read this through and hope this can alleviate any questions/concerns.
