Guests should arrive and be seated by 3:45pm so we can get the party , I mean ceremony, started at 4:00pm!! ❤️🍾
Yes! We ask you wear semi-formal, cocktail or dressy casual (no jeans) for the ceremony, cocktail hour and beginning reception celebrations. We 100% support comfy changing clothes/shoes once the real shenanigans, fun and dancing begins (approx. 9p) Any questions/concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Bryan or Tiffany with any questions ♥️

Yes! We worked to set up hotel blocks to save our loved ones money where possible. These are the two hotels we will use: Comfort Inn and Suites 831 Main St Gaylord, MI 49735 Fairfield Inn and Suites 832 Carpenter St Gaylord, MI 49735 Both of these hotels are downtown and approximately 3-3.5 miles from the venue. For additional options, there are several other hotels in town and many Airbnb’s for larger families. Additionally, Treetops Resort is 3 minutes from the venue.
Unfortunately, with the quantity of guests we have coming, individual allergy accommodations are not an option. Reach out to Bryan or Tiffany, We will do our best to assist you or may already have something as an option for you. ♥️
Yes! There is a large parking area on site for all guests coming ♥️
At this time, there is not shuttle transportation to/from the hotel/venue. Update 7/26/25: We were unable to secure a shuttle for our date but there will be several teenagers available should you need a designated sober driver. We will make sure everyone is safe and arrives where they need to safely 💕
Yes, we are registered or if you'd like, we will also be setting up a honeymoon fund option. However, please do not feel obligated. 💕 We are registered at the following: MyRegistry.com Zola - Honeymoon Fund
Cocktail hour and reception drinks will be provided (open bar). If you would like to have cash, a tip jar for the bartenders will be displayed. I’m sure they would be appreciative. There will be a few games played: silent auction (3 “items” up for bid) and a 50/50 raffle
