Bringing a Plus One?
Answer
We have so many people we want to celebrate with and have limited capacity at our venue. For that reason, we’re only able to extend plus-ones to guests in long-term or committed relationships.

We’re hoping to keep to adults-only, but we know childcare isn’t always easy—if bringing your kids is the only way you can join us, please let us know so we can accommodate.

Dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, but we won't kick you out if you forgot to bring your tux or heels. Think summer dresses for women and a nice top and slacks for men. Spring in Texas is beautiful, but can get chilly in the evening.

Both! However wedding will be primarily indoors.

Yes! Plenty available at the venue and it's free.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! We'll have drinks to kick off the night, a buffet for dinner, and a champagne toast. If you do not plan on drinking any alcohol, please let us know directly.

Yes — you can find it under the Registry Tab. Your presence truly means the most, so please don’t feel obligated.

What’s the weather like in April?
Answer
Springtime at Lake Conroe is beautiful! Expect daytime temps in the 70s–80s and cooler evenings in the 60s. Pack a light jacket or wrap so you can stay comfortable once the sun goes down.

Why Thursday?
Answer
Our wedding is on a Thursday because it’s much more affordable, and it means we get to stretch the celebration into the weekend with y'all!

When should I arrive and leave Texas?
Answer
Ceremony will start at 5pm Thursday, so if you're not part of the wedding party and find an early enough flight, you can fly in day of and leave the following day. For those in the wedding party, we will have a rehearsal dinner the night prior and formal rehearsal morning of the ceremony. The wedding is the only formal event we're trying to lasso you in, but we will have an "open house" Friday if you want to stop by and hang out for bonus time together - come and leave as you please. You may even want to consider leaving Sunday if you want to stay around for extra fun and exploring Houston!
