Hotel Pax Torrelodones

The Hotel Pax is located in Torrelodones, walking distance from the rehearsal dinner, a 15-minute shuttle from the wedding venue and a 30-minute bus ride from Madrid. Transportation to the venue will be provided by us. We’ve reserved a special hotel block for our wedding guests at Hotel Pax. Availability is limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible. HOW TO BOOK THE HOTEL BLOCK 1. Send an email to the reservations team at: reservas.torre@paxhoteles.com 2. Please mention in your email that the reservation is for the wedding of Nicole and Bryan. 3. Include the following information in your email: - First and last name - Number of nights staying - Room preference: room only or room with breakfast included - Phone number - Email address - Credit card details for guarantee (including expiration date) - If you prefer not to share credit card information by email: Simply mention this in your message and call the hotel directly to provide the details: 📞 +34 91 840 66 06 4. Rates €81.00 per night (room only) €90.50 per night (with breakfast) These special wedding rates and the hotel block are subject to availability and are not guaranteed after July 4, 2026. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released, and reservations will be offered at the hotel’s best available rate via their website. We highly recommend booking before this date, as the hotel may fill up. 5. Confirmation & payment details: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a credit card authorization form for the first night, which must be completed. Please note that: The first night is non-refundable in case of modification or cancellation. The charge for the first night will be processed starting July 4, 2026. Shuttle to Wedding Venue

For your convenience, a shuttle will transport guests between Hotel Pax and the wedding venue at 5:00 PM, with return trips at 12:00 AM and 2:30 AM.
